Janie's Salon Day

Janie is 20 months old and finally has a tiny bit of hair to show for it. Luckily, little people can pull off the bald look! Janie had her first haircut today just to get rid of all the little wispy ends. Janie actually really likes it when I do anything to her hair so she liked getting it cut. There's some gel that I put in her hair sometimes so whenever she's in my bathroom she finds the bottle and brings it to me, then points to her head, yelling indecipherable baby language at me, until I spray a little on. Girl instincts kick in at a young age I guess!

Weddings Weddings Weddings!!!

Well, actually, there were only two, but it sure felt like a lot!
My sister Megan got married on July18th. A week later on July 25th, my brother got married. Then, on the 26th we all headed down to St. George for Megan's "Trueblood"reception. So, we've all been very busy, but it was really fun!

Megan and Houston's wedding was amazing!
Their reception was in my parent's backyard and it was so beautiful! It was literally a wrestling match trying to get the kids into their wedding attire, but parents won, so the kids ended up looking awfully cute! Caleb wore his first real suit and looked so handsome. You honestly could have mistaken him for a younger Clark Gable , but he spent most of his time in a tree so I think that gave him away as a 3 yr. old. Janie and Ellie got to be flower girls and they were darling ! Megan and my mom found the cutest fabric to make their dresses ! Apparently, weddings make Janie cry {a lot} so I don't think we have any pictures of her smiling, but
luckily we still got some good ones. Barrett and Kate's wedding was at Thanksgiving Point . It was also really beautiful. Their sealing was really cool. Kate's whole family came in from all over so it was fun to finally meet everyone. They got a cherry red, tandem beach cruiser as a gift so they decided to make that their getaway vehicle. I wish I had a picture because it was really cute.

Hello Blog World

Can it be? The Warren's have finally joined the blogging world. We really try to keep up-to-date on technology and whatnot, striving not to fall more than 5-10 years behind. And so, we decided it's high time we started our own blog before everyone moves on to direct video feed of their daily life or something. We are so far behind that we're not sure where to begin, so everything will probably be a little bit random (hence the name). I have no idea what I'm doing yet, so we'll probably be under construction for a while, so check back later if there's still only one post!
